CHILDREN DO NOT BELONG in INSTITUTIONS

This project was one of the STREP´s programmes focused on prevention of placing children in institutional care and on reinforcing the biological family of the child. STREP was presented an Award of the Foundation O2 for this programme.

This exceptional award of the value of 1 000 000 Czech Crowns is presented with the aim of drawing attention to innovative programmes promoting changes in the community.

STREP used this Award to extend the capacity of its Child and Family Help Centre in the town of Kladno and to carry out an innovative education programme of multidisciplinary cooperation in the region of Kladno – A Good Practice Example in the Kladno Microregion.
